These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: T&C) apply to the services and product sales provided by VitaWeave Kft. (registered office: 4027 Debrecen, Füredi út 76.).
The T&C applies to all orders and quote requests made through the vitaweave.hu website.
Our product currently does not have clinically proven efficacy. The information provided here is based solely on our internal tests, user reviews, and publicly available scientific research. This information does not replace medical advice. Please consult a professional before use, especially if you have any health conditions. The product is not a medicine and is not suitable for treating or preventing diseases.
Patent-pending technology (Patent application: P2500404). Suitable for ages 3 and up, with parental supervision for children.
You can request a quote for our products through the website. After receiving your quote request, our staff will contact you within 48 hours using the contact information provided.
The contract between the parties is established upon acceptance of the offer and confirmation of the order.
Product prices are determined based on individual quotes. Prices are in Hungarian forints and include VAT.
Payment methods: bank transfer, cash (for personal pickup).
Delivery terms are individually agreed upon with the customer. Delivery time is 5-10 business days from order confirmation.
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins: - For a single product: on the day of receipt - For multiple products: on the day of receipt of the last product - For regular delivery: on the day of receipt of the first shipment To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must make a clear statement (letter, email, withdrawal form). A withdrawal form template can be found at the bottom of the website.
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to the consumer in the following cases: - Products sealed for hygiene reasons, where the packaging has been opened - Personalized or custom-made products - Products that are perishable or have a short shelf life - Sealed audio or video recordings, software, where the packaging has been opened
The consumer is obliged to return or hand over the product to the company within 14 days of sending the withdrawal statement. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the product. The product may only be tested to the extent that would be possible in a store. If the consumer has used the product more than necessary, they are liable for any diminished value.
The company will refund the amount paid by the consumer within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if the consumer chose a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest option). The company may withhold the refund until it has received the product back, OR the consumer has provided proof that they have returned the product. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless the consumer agrees otherwise with the company.
The company is liable for conformity of the goods in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. The legal guarantee claim can be enforced for 2 years from the date of performance. Consumer's legal guarantee rights: - Request repair or replacement - Request price reduction or withdrawal from the contract (if repair or replacement is not possible) Within 1 year from performance, in case of a defect, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of performance.
Products are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, provided the product was used as intended and the storage and handling instructions in the user manual were followed. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from buyer fault (improper use, water damage, mechanical damage).

For matters not regulated in these T&C, Hungarian law applies, in particular the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services.

The company will substantively examine the complaint within 30 days of receipt and respond in writing. If the complaint is rejected, the company will provide a reasoned response.
The company keeps a record of complaints and responses for 5 years.
If the consumer is not satisfied with the result of the complaint handling, they have the right to contact the district (metropolitan district) office as a consumer protection authority according to their place of residence or stay. The rental period begins on the day of receipt of the product and ends upon expiration of the ordered duration. The rental fee is determined as a weekly fee.
The consumer may withdraw from the rental contract within 14 days of concluding the contract without giving any reason. If the rental period has already begun, the consumer is obliged to pay a proportionate fee for the service used until withdrawal.
The consumer is obliged to return the product at the end of the rental period, or in case of withdrawal, within 14 days of sending the withdrawal statement. The consumer bears the cost of return.
The consumer is liable for damages beyond normal wear and tear resulting from intended use of the product. The company is entitled to deduct the value of damages from the rental fee or the amount to be refunded.
